Word Predictor

July 2020

Developed a shiny application to accurately keep predicting the next word as the user types in real-time.
Collected and cleaned Swiftkey dataset and built a Ngrams model based on that dataset.

Reception Bot

July 2020

Developed a level 3 smart chatbot using Rasa Framework for guests interacting with the hotel reception lobby.
Trained and tested the bot against multiple possible interactions supplemented with adaptive flows.

Hoarding Rate Evaluator

Developing a web application to accurately predict the prices of hoardings based on actual factors that affect it and not just on the popularity of their location.
Collected real-valued data from Census 2011, and other organizations and processed them for model training.

Abstract Generation using Text summarization on COVID-19 articles

March 2020 – May 2020

Developed an application to generate summaries for articles without any abstract related to COVID-19.
Incorporated 64,000 COVID-19 articles which were published after November 2019, extracted papers having no abstract and selected the most important sentences in them using TextRank algorithm to form a summary.

Book recommender System

October 2018

Designed a web-based application to suggest books based on user’s previous ratings of other books.
Built an e-library for a user to choose from and rate them and suggest new books based on content-based learning using Recombee API and Google Books API.
